When you consent, Google Analytics 4 may collect: pages visited, time on page, approximate location (country / city level — derived from IP, not stored directly), device type and browser, referral source. IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other directly identifying information through analytics.
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, under its own privacy policy. Google may transfer data to servers in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider (Resend privacy policy). Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and any project that follows.
To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. It loads only when you start filling in the form and processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from bots (Turnstile privacy addendum).
We only set analytics cookies on the basis of your explicit, freely-given consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Essential localStorage is used on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — storing your preference so we can honour it.
If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we will update this page and, where required, ask for consent again. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
